Belmont College was founded in 1971 to serve students in Belmont, Harrison, and Monroe Counties. The College offers degrees in Business, Engineering Technology, Industrial Trades, Nursing/Allied Health, Public Service, Building Preservation/Restoration, Early Childhood Education, and many pre-baccalaureate studies.
The College has articulation agreements with many 4-year colleges to allow students to complete a bachelor’s degree. Non-credit classes are also offered on campus and at local business sites. Additionally, Belmont offers a CDL Truck Driving Academy program that offers students a wide-ranging curriculum and training process to prepare them to pass the CDL exam.
