Join us on September 17th at 8:30am to hear about how Ohio is engaging untapped talent to expand the workforce pipeline through innovative programs. Hard Hatted Women Ohio(HHW Ohio) has partnered with Ohio TechNet(OTN) colleges to implement WISE Pathways, a program designed for women to explore careers in non-traditional careers, in diverse ways. Learn how OTN partner colleges embed credentials into non-credit and credit WISE Pathways programs, integrated WISE Pathways curriculum into the WorkAdvance model, and piloted new programs to support grant initiatives. Hear from Shawnee State University, Marion Technical College, Zane State College, Lorain County Community College, and HHW Ohio.
